1. Why should I file a claim on FraudDB?
You are getting the opportunity to relate to verified crypto law firms who can get on
your case and if they solve it, regain your lost cryptocurrency.
2. Can Fraud Database add my documents and claim instead of me?
No, that is not what we do, we just offer the technology and the platform. Every
person adds their claim by themselves.
3. Who will see my claim after I submit it?
Only secured circle of people/companies, such as: Our staff, Law Firms, Lawyers and
other partners that might work on resolving any of the cases which might include:
Insurance companies, Recovering/Claiming companies, Financial Regulators or
others according to our Terms and Conditions.
4. How will my personal data be processed after submission?
According to terms and conditions written on our website.
5. Will the law firms be able to see my claim?
Yes, law firms will be able to see your claim.
6. What if I cannot afford a lawyer?
Once your case resolves, law firm will be paid from recovered funds.
7. Can you tell me if a project is scam or not?
We are not accusing or proclaiming any project scam. We are offering platform for
people that has been scammed. Through our platform victims of fraud can reach
trusted and verified law firms that are specialized in crypto scams.
8. How will I get my coins back?
If the law firm accepts your case and they are successful in resolving it, you will
agree with them on how they will reimburse you.
9. How long will the process last?
It depends on many factors and type of fraud. It could be from two months till few
years.
10. What If I do not get my coins back?
Unfortunately, that is a possibility if the case does not get resolved.
11. What If I want to withdraw my claim?
Filing your claim is a serious act that might result in legal action against the
scammer. Do not file a claim if you are not sure in your decision. Once you file a
claim you cannot revoke it.
12. What If I am not an English-speaking user?
So far, we provide our platform in English language only, however we have plans to
add other languages in the future.
