to take care of the people in my life. I put the same effort into
making sure my work is done correctly, and I am always available
to help my team members.
2. How would you describe your ideal job?
Answer:- I would love to work in a job in which I can work both
by myself and with others to achieve the end result. I am very
self-motivated so I am interested in working in an atmosphere
where I can continuously learn new things and improve my skills.
3. Why did you choose this career?
Answer:- I always had an interest in this field and really enjoy
this job.
4. What motivates you to do a good job?
Answer:- Success is what motivates me to do a good job. Knowing
the fact that my hard work and perseverance will help me achieve
greater professional success is what keeps me going. I feel that
aligning the company’s vision and values with my own is one way
to achieve that. When I know that my efforts are following the
correct path, it encourages me to push more. Hence, for me,
success is important both at a personal as well as at an
organizational level.
5. What goals do you have in your career?
Answer:- I’m excited to get my first position in the industry,
now. My longer-term goals are to learn a variety of areas within
this field and work toward deciding what area of specialization I
want to take. I’d love to become an expert in one specific field
of finance in the long term, but I know the first step is to
build a solid foundation and learn the basics in an entry-level
role. I saw this job offers exposure to a variety of areas, which
is something I liked.
6. How do you plan to achieve these goals?
Answer:- I plan on gaining additional skills by taking related
classes and continuing my involvement with a variety of
professional associations. I will continue my professional
development by participating in conferences, attending seminars,
and continuing my education.
7. What exactly do you look for in a job?
Answer:- For me to love a job, I need to know that they measure
and reward success, and that they value each individual
employee’s contributions. I also would like to work for a
workplace that has a viable business plan, so that I know I am
helping the company succeed in both the short and long term.
8. What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in
your life?
Answer:- My greatest professional achievement was completing my
certification courses and learning new things. I'm proud of this
accomplishment and I feel that what I learned is going to give me
a big advantage in my career now.
9. What is your greatest strength?
Answer:- I pride myself on my customer service skills and my
ability to resolve potentially difficult situations. I have
learned to understand and resolve customer issues effectively. I
also have strong communication skills, which help me to work well
with customers, team members, and executives.
10. What is your greatest weakness?
Answer:- I always try to avoid confrontation, in both my personal
and professional life. This caused me to compromise sometimes on
the quality of my work or what I needed to complete a project
just to keep the peace. This became a real problem when I became
a manager. One of the most critical aspects of managing people is
telling them what they need to hear and not what they want to
hear. I recognized this weakness and had been actively working to
voice my opinions constructively and helpfully for the betterment
of the team.
11. How much do you expect if we offer you this position?
Answer:- Salary is important for our life but it based on my
skills and talents. If I can improve professionally also increase
my financial status but I want my salary to fulfil my daily basic
needs.
12. What do you believe is the most difficult part of being a
supervisor of people?
Answer:- The most difficult part of being a supervisor is that
when your subordinates lost their respect to you, and you are not
able to prove yourself as a friend for them.

Answer:- Yes, I actually enjoy working under pressure, though I
believe that proper planning and good time management will
greatly reduce any alarming deadlines
14. Tell me about a time when you failed to meet a deadline. What
were the repercussions?
Answer:- Speaking honestly, it has never happened to me. I do not
want to brag about my skills, but, judging by my experience, I
can organize my days and weeks at work pretty well, and my time
management skills are second to none. Without a doubt, I faced a
couple of tight deadlines in my last corporate job. But I’ve
always managed to prioritize my duties correctly, and logged in
some extra hours when needed. So far I’ve never missed the
deadline, and I hope to keep the streak going in your company
15. Give me an example of any major problem you faced and how you

with as part of a team? How did you handle that situation?
Answer:- Yes, I've worked with someone whom I found difficult to

brought to the job, their ability to solve problems and the two
things I did appreciate, slowly my attitude towards them changed.
