This research document summarizes a study on streaming platforms. The study had the following objectives: to analyze the average number of users, age of users, hours viewed, popular countries and platforms, and willingness to pay for subscriptions or donations. The researchers hypothesized that younger users aged 14-25 would be willing to pay more than older users, younger users would pay less, and platforms are used more for movies/TV than sports or music. The methodology, results, limitations, and conclusions are presented. The conclusions were that younger users are willing to pay more and platforms are used more for movies than other content. Recommendations include family/student packages and moving traditional content to platforms.
