Common issues when customer just

get the printer:

when customer tell the printer can not print,   normally we tell customer
check as below steps:

step1:
if feeding is ok or not.  If feeding is ok. then printer is no problem
normally.

step2:
Ask him copy all files to the computer, and format the TF card to FAT32,
and put the ROCKET.gcode inside TF card again, and insert TF to print,
if print ok, then everything is good, so means his gcode file has
problem, ask him send us his gcode file. We will help to check

step3:
if  step2 not ok,  the printer still can not print,  then ask customer find a
new TF card and format to FAT32 to try it. (please try more TF card if
possible)

Step4:
if step3 not work,  ask customer try online printing,   if online priting can
print, This proves again that there is something wrong with the TF card,
if online printing can’t print,  means the motherboard has problem.
