Dear Mr. Orencillo:

This is to respectfully request your intercession in the reduction of the penalty of MR.
RICHARD MANAOG BARRACA meted out for his violation for failure to wear the prescribed
seat belt device last 07 January 2022.

The undersigned strongly supports the adherence to the implemented transportation laws,
rules and regulations by the LTO in promotion of road safety. However, we are soliciting
compassion in the midst of the pandemic as to the possible reduction of the penalty of Mr.
Barraca with an estimated amount of Thirteen Thousand Pesos. Any decrease in the said
amount will be beneficial to his livelihood and family.

We highly hope for your most favorable consideration regarding this matter. Thank you.
