NU LIFE App Installation for iOS Device
1. You can download the NU Life app by clicking this link

the QR code below.
2. Click GET to download installer.
3. Select Install.
4. Go to Settings > General > Device Management > SM Prime Holdings, Inc. > Trust “SM Prime Holdings, Inc.”

6. Tap GET to download installer.
7. Tap DOWNLOAD.
8. A notification will appear, tap OK.
9. Once the app is downloaded another notification will appear, tap OPEN.
10. It will now ask what application to use for installation, please select PACKAGE INSTALLER.
11. A notification will appear to allow installation for unknow apps, tap SETTINGS and enable ALLOW APPS FROM
THIS SOURCE.
12. It will ask if you want to install application, click INSTALL and it will continue installing NU LIFE. Once installed tap
Open to launch the application.
Launching the NU LIFE App
1. Tap the icon from the home screen and log-in the NU Life credentials from ITRO.
2. Answer the consent form.
3. Fill out the details.
Daily Health Check
1. Select Daily Health Check from the home page and fill out the details.
2. Interpreting the results.
(Red you are not allowed to enter any NU campuses. Green you are allowed to enter NU campuses.)

Daily Activity Log
Select Daily Activity Log and fill out the details. It should be accomplished real-time.
Face-to-Face Meeting Tracker
1. Select Face-to-Face Meeting Tracker. Select Scan QR for NU Employees and allow the NU Life App to access
the camera.
2. For visitors/suppliers/vendors, just fill-up the Name and Company. It should be accomplished real-time.

Select My Latest Health Check to show your latest health check result.

Select Add Family Member and fill out the details then tap Add. Tap Done once you are finished adding all the
family members in your household.
