LED video screen wall technology is becoming increasingly popular due to its ability
to deliver seamless images, scalability to any size or shape, and excellent optimal
characteristics that make video wall content look great from any angle. An LED
display consists of many closely-spaced LEDs. By varying the brightness of each

LED, the diodes jointly form an image on the display.
To create a bright colour image, the principles of additive colour mixing are used,
whereby new colours are created by mixing light in different colours. An LED display
consists of red, green and blue LEDs mounted in a fixed pattern. These three
colours combine to form a pixel. By adjusting the intensity of the diodes, billions of
colours can be formed. When you look at the LED screen from a certain distance,
the array of coloured pixels are seen as an image.

LED Explosion Proof light belongs to a family of industrial lighting fixtures. The design
of an explosion proof fixture is very interesting. It forces gas to take longer,

complicated routes through different channels and pathways within the inside of the
fixture. As the gas travels, it cools down to a safer temperature before being
released. Explosion proof lights are not airtight. They allow gases to enter their
aluminium casings. Under normal operating conditions, explosion proof lighting is not
required. When explosive gas or dust is introduced creating a hazardous
environment, that is when explosion proof lighting is needed.

LIFI-WIFI
LiFi, or Light Fidelity, is a Visible Light Communications system transmitting wireless
internet communications at very high speeds. The technology makes a LED light

bulb emit pulses of light that are undetectable to the human eye and within those
emitted pulses, data can travel to and from receivers. Then, the receivers collect
information and interpret the transmitted data. This is conceptually similar to decoding
Morse code but in a much faster rate – millions times a second. LiFi transmission
speeds can go over 100 Gbps, 14 times faster than WiGig, also known as the
world’s fastest WIFI.

The device is used to efficiently disinfect the handrails of escalators and moving
walks in order to suppress the spread of viruses. ILF's handrail Ultra UV device uses

germicidal UVC light to irradiate the handrails at a short distance ensuring that
bacteria and viruses are effectively killed. With this physical disinfection process using
UVC LED technology, handrails are disinfected in an efficient and environmentally
friendly way. The device is installed inside the escalator or moving walk to ensure
passenger safety. Utilising the circular motion of the handrails, these are automatically
disinfected as they circulate.
