1. “An organization's ability to learn, and translate that learning into action rapidly is
the ultimate competitive advantage.”Do you agree with the statement? Justify using
examples. [5]
2. Using Edgar Schein’s definition of organizational culture, you’ll want to know to
what extent: “Underlying beliefs and assumptions” support learning in your
organization. Values and principles drive learning in your organization. Employees
and other stakeholders see the symbols and artefacts of learning and performance
improvement. Do you believe that learning is prevented by stagnant organizations?
How can an employee use this to their advantage? [5]
3. “A person who has been punished is not less inclined to behave in a given way; at
best, he learns how to avoid punishment”. Do you agree with the statement? Justify
with examples. [5]

You have been given the privilege of being the CEO of this organization. These
are some of the information about your organization that we could find through
various sources. But, we are interested in knowing more. As, you are the CEO we
would like to know more about the organization from you, so that we can see if
we are compatible for a merger in future!!
