What is XTRAPOWER?
XTRAPOWER is Smart Card-based Fleet Management Program of IndianOil for Commercial Vehicle Owners / Operators & Corporates. XTRAPOWER offers its customers a combination of convenience of cashless transactions, security, credit, MIS and rewards.

Who can become a member?
Any Fleet Owner/ Operator, Corporate or any other business entity that own or control vehicles for commercial use can become a member of XTRAPOWER fleet card program.

How can one become a member?
Contact the Fleet Marketing Officer of IndianOil in your area and ask for the application form or ask for his representative to meet you. The contact number of our Fleet Marketing officer can be obtained from our 24 x 7 help-line no 1800 425 55 99.
You can also register your request for enrolment on our Toll free number (1800-425-5599) or online through our website www.iocxtrapower.com.
For enrolment the customer has to fill up the application form completely and clearly in English, attach all the necessary documents e.g. copy of RC Book and proof of address etc., as indicated in the
Application Form and submit the completed Application form along with the enrolment fees to our Divisional/State Fleet Marketing Officer or his representative.
You will receive your XTRAPOWER cards in a Welcome Pack within 21 working days of application.

What is the Enrolment Fee?
For becoming a XTRAPOWER member, you have to pay an enrolment fee of Rs. 100/- per vehicle. This payment should be made thru' a Cheque or DD drawn in favour of 'Indian Oil Corporation Limited'. The payment must accompany the application for enrolment under XTRAPOWER fleet card program.

What is the Renewal Fee?
Renewal fee for XTRAPOWER membership is Rs 100/- per card. The renewal fee will be billed in the monthly statement sent to the card member. The payment should be made thru' a Cheque or DD drawn in favour of 'Indian Oil Corporation Limited'. The payments must be made to IndianOil by the due date. Non-payment by due date will result in deactivation of your card.
You can also advise adjustment of Renewal Fee against your earned XTRA Points or against you CCMS Account Balance. Your advise for such adjustment should be sent to :-

Is one supposed to enroll vehicles only if one owns it?
No, you can also enroll vehicles in your fleet, which are controlled by you and not owned by you e.g. if you have three vehicles in your fleet wherein two are owned by you and one is hired and controlled by you, then all the three vehicles can be enrolled for the membership.
However, such request must be accompanied by proof of Control of such vehicles.

How to add vehicles on to the program?
You can add vehicles under the program by filling up the Additional Card Request form provided in your welcome pack, and send it to the Fleet Manager in your state along with the enrolment fee of Rs.100/- for each vehicle added. However, please note that the membership period would be considered from the date of enrolment of the first vehicle in the program.

How to withdraw vehicles from the program?
To withdraw vehicles from XTRAPOWER program, please write to the XTRAPOWER Customer Service Center quoting your Customer ID and Card Nos. On settlement of all dues in respect of those vehicles, the respective cards would be deactivated for any future use.

Is there any maximum and minimum limit for number of vehicles enrolled in the program?
No, there is no limit on the number of vehicles for enrolment.

For how long is the membership valid?
The membership to the XTRAPOWER program is valid for 1 year from the date of issue, after which it can be renewed on payment of annual fee @ Rs 100/- per card.

How can I discontinue my membership?
To discontinue the XTRAPOWER membership, please write to the XTRAPOWER Customer Service Center quoting your membership number. On settlement of all dues your membership would be closed.

What reports would an XTRAPOWER card member receive?
XTRAPOWER membership entitles you to receive a monthly statement of fleet card transactions. the statement has three parts i.e. vehicle-wise Summary of transactions, CCMS account balance and vehicle-wise, date-wise details of transactions.

What would be frequency of such report?
These statements will be generated on a monthly basis. However the card member can visit the XTRAPOWER website anytime to view and download transactions on any of his card for any period.

Earn XTRA Points
6.1.1
What are XTRA Points?
XTRA Points are reward points that a card member earns on his fleet card transactions.
6.1.2
What are rewards?
The XTRA Points accumulated by a card member can be redeemed for various reward items from XTRAPOWER Rewards catalogue including auto fuel/lubes.
6.1.3
When does one starts earning XTRA Points ?
Card member start earning XTRA Points as and when they start using XTRAPOWER fleet card(s) for purchase of fuel/lubes from designated Retail Outlets of IndianOil. At present 5 XTRA Points are awarded on every purchase of fuel/lubes worth Rs 100. However card members availing interest-free credit on their XTRAPOWER fleet card will not earn any XTRA Points for their purchases. The card members availing credit with interest will earn XTRA Points like prepaid card, however XTRA Points would not be offered for any credit charges that are levied by the credit partner for utilising such credit.

How does one know his XTRA Points balance?
Card member will be given a statement every month, which will have details of all XTRA Points earned by the card member in the previous month and the closing balance of XTRA Points for the month. Additionally XTRA Points' balance can be checked anytime on customer helpline and XTR APOWER website.

If one XTRAPOWER member has more than one vehicle in program, will the XTRA Points accumulate against individual cards/ vehicles or collectively?
XTRA Points are earned by each card for every purchase of fuel/lubes using the card. However all such XTRA Points earned by individual cards are aggregated at the card member level and these XTRA Points can only be redeemed by the card member himself and not by the individual card holders (drivers).

Is it possible to earn reward points on purchase of tyres and accessories ?
Yes, all XTRAPOWER Card Members are entitled to earn XTRA Points on purchase of JK/Vikrant Tyre from its authorized dealers or multi -brand outlets. (Bias/Radial Truck Tyre-1000 XTRA Points,
Car/Jeep/Tractor Front Tyre-375 XTRA Points, LCV/Tractor Trailor Tyre-750 XTRA Points and Tractor Rear Tyre-1250 XTRA Points) For earning the XTRA Points you are required to present your XTRAPOWER Fleet Card to the JK Tyre authorized dealer at the time of tyre purchse.

What is the validity period of XTRA Points?
XTRA Points earned by a card member in the any one year must be redeemed by the end of the following year. All XTRA Points remaining unredeemed after such periods shall lapse

Redeem XTRA Points
When can one redeem XTRA Points?
A card member can redeem XTRA Points after accumulation of a minimum of 10,000 points.
6.2.2
How can one redeem XTRA Points?
There are three ways of redeeming XTRA Points given as under: a. The welcome kit sent to a card member contains redemption form that has to be filled in by the authorised signatory, specifying number of XTRA Points to be redeemed, the choice of reward item, the recipient in the organization. Unless specified otherwise, rewards will be delivered to the mailing address specified in the application form. The filled up Redemption form must be sent to the Customer Service Centre for processing the redemption request and dispatch the reward item. b. By submitting an online request for Redemption on XTRAPOWER website.(Not applicable for auto fuel/lube redemption). c. You can also redeem your XTRA Points through the 'Loyalty Redeem' menu in the smart card terminal at any of the designated Retail Outlets of IndianOil. Redemption for Auto Fuel/lube can only be done at designated retail outlet.
N.B. The card member can track the status of his redemption request by calling the toll free Customer Helpline number.

Where will the rewards be delivered ?
The rewards other than fuel/lubes will be delivered to the correspondence address given at the time of enrolment.

Can vehicle drivers redeem XTRA Points?
No, only the card member can redeem XTRA Points.

Can the XTRA Points be redeemed for Fuel and Lubricants ?
Yes, the card member card redeem XTRA Points for auto fuel and lubricants using his Fleet Control Card No. & Control PIN at any of the designated retail outlets. The redeemed product has to be collected at the retail outlet itself.
