REFLECTIVE REPORT (20%)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. This is an individual project.

2. Each of student need to do a write-up of an essay concentrates on student’s personal


feelings or views on how must they are able to understand and apply what they have learned
in MGT420

3. Student must answer the reflection questions below in writing the reflection essay.

4. The student needs to write a final report using the given format.

5. Students are required to include at least three (3) references using APA system.

6. The length of the report must be between 4-5 pages not including references and appendix.

7. Use Times New Roman 12 or Arial 11 with 1.5 spacing for writing a report.
8. The report must be submitted on or before 12 January 2023. Failure to do so will jeopardize
the student’s grade for this subject.
