 I started to work as a miner at Naran Mandal since 2014.
 It has been almost 8 years since I started as a miner and now, I work as a shift
supervisor.

  What is the advantage of working at NME?
 What experience did you gain from NME?
 Since I had no prior experience in mining field, I had full supports from
teammates and supervisors. For me the Naran Mandal is one big family. And it
is exciting to be a part of this family. Because every week we face the
challenges together, learning new technologies, support each other and grow
together.
 At Naran Mandal we always prioritize safety first approach. And every morning
we have a meeting and talk about safety, overall achievements, goals, and daily
tasks. The advantage working in international management company is all
about organizing and information flow.
