Dear Ankit Pathak,

This has reference to your application and subsequent interview with us

We are now pleased to offer you the position of Executive Customer service on the terms and condition discussed with
you personally and agreed by you. You will be initially posted at our office at A-37, Sector-60, Noida or at any location
decided by the management.

You are requested to join on or before Sep, 2017 please note that you will be required to work in any shift across 24
hours. This company shall determine these shift from time to time. If you do not join on the mentioned date and the
clause of working in any shift across 24hrs is not acceptable to you this offer will stand canceled and withdrawn
automatically without any further reference to you.

Please submit the following documents at the time of joining:

1. Proof of age

2. Certificates of pertaining to your professional educational qualifications 2. Copies of previous appointment letter
and relieving letters experience certificates

The offer of appointment is subject to satisfactory verification of antecedents and various medical tests as prescribed by
the company. Kindly sign and return the duplicate copy of this letter in token of your acceptance of the above
