Navigation

Control + Home Takes you back to cell A1


Control + End Takes you to the furthest active cell
Shift + Right arrow Selects cells across to the right
Shift + Down arrow Selects cells going down
Control + Right arrow Takes you to the last cell to the right of the current data region
Control + Down arrow Takes you to the last cell at the bottom of the current data region

Control + Shift + Right arrow Extends the selection to the last cell of a range to the right
Control + Shift + Down arrow Extends the selection to the last cell of a range going down
Control + Space bar Selects the whole column
Shift + Space bar Selects the whole row
Control + Page up Switches between worksheets to the right
Control + Page down Switches between worksheets to the left
Control + Tab Switches between workbooks
Alt + Tab Switches between applications
Control + A Selects all the cells in a worksheet
Escape Gets you out of the menu/function you are in

F1 Excel help
F2 Makes cells active for editing without the mouse
F2 (alternative) Shows the source data for formulas in the cell
F4 Adds dollar signs to make references absolute
