Please register a FIR in the facts narrated below
I am Ramsewak Singh, resident of L-89, Housing Board, C.P. Colony, 823001, Gaya. On date
15.10.2023 at around 9.00 PM we were doing lunch in dining hall. Suddenly we heard a voice.
We headed towards the voice and saw that 2 masked people have stolen cash, jewelleries and a
necklace from our house worth Rs. 5 Lakhs. We tried to shout and call the neighbours but they
showed us gun and said not to call anyone. They tied our whole family with ropes and when i
tried to oppose they beat me badly. At 10.25 one of our neighbours Mr. Mahesh Prasad came to
our house for some work and he found us tied with ropes. He then untied us and then we informed
the police via call about the incident.
The persons who committed the crime were unknowns and we don’t have suspicion on anyone.
You are requested to register a FIR in the facts stated above and take criminal action against those
persons.
