Role Associate (Developer)

Project Title: LE-MRC-CC Predictor

LE/MRC/CC Predictor is an application created to help hiring managers to get data suggestions
for them to use while raising Requisition request in Workday.It consists of a Data Model layer
which runs the model on FDW data and creates suggestion datasets based on the Hiring Manger
WWID and Requisition Location of the new resource. It also exposes an API to provide those
suggestions.

Technical Responsibilities:
 · Implemented models by using python packages Numpy and pandas data frames to be used
for returning the suggestions from the Data model
 · Implemented SQL DB connection to Model using sqlalchemy ,pyodbc python packages
 Documented technical specifications and project testing methods for future reference.

Project Title: FUSION PROJECT

Fusion is the linking of two survey datasets by pairing up similar respondents and joining their
data records, in order to be able to cross-analyze outputs from one survey with those from the
other. Invariably, the two surveys are pre-exist rather than being designed specifically for the
fusion, and their samples of respondents differ both in design and size. Depending on the
particular method of fusion used, the size of the fused dataset may be the same as one of the
surveys or different to both .
Technical Responsibilities:
 Fusion of Quality Check Report For Denmark Client .
 Tackled Python development tasks based on system requirements and documented
approaches.
 Developed mitigation strategies and prepared standard operating procedures.
 Developed and debugged code with scalability re-usability for web applications
