JOB DESCRIPTIONS

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Taking the Business Analyst role in a project to liaise among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze,
communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information
systems.
• Coordinating the BA team members in the project to achieve the project goal
• Supporting the Project Manager with project planning and estimating, status reporting, employee
mentoring, performance management, development process and contribution to strategic direction

tJOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong English speaking and writing skills


• Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and
projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
• Strong in analyzing the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
• Capable to identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques
• Good teamwork and reliability
