Millions of people ignore their dreams, because they assume they can’t make them
happen. But one of the greatest secrets of life is that Your Dreams are only there be-
cause They Are Possible. You wouldn’t be dreaming of something if you couldn’t do
it...
Human beings were meant to pursue our dreams and goals. That’s why it feels pain-
ful when we don’t. We’re meant to grow, evolve, and experience the joy of living
authentically.
History is full of people who have made incredible things happen in their lives. The
computer you’re using to read this, the car you drive, the lights in your house, all of
these things were ideas that were made real. It’s amazing, but not superhuman. We
are all capable of bringing our dreams into reality.
Before embarking on this journey of turning your Dreams into Reality, allow these

You are a walking, talking miracle. The odds of you being alive are 1 in 400
trillion. You’ve hit a universal lottery ticket by being born.
You are the only You that has ever existed. There will never be another.
Your gifts and talents can only be given to the world by YOU.
You have the super powers of choice and free will. This means if you want
to change something, you can choose anew and then act on that choice.
You live in a loving and supportive universe. For every step you take to-
wards your dreams, the universe takes ten. The universe loves making
dreams real.

2 Write down everything that comes to mind. Don’t hesitate. Don’t edit yourself.

3 Keep it positive. Write down what you want, and keep any negatives out of the equation.

Nothing is too big or too small. Write it all down. If it pops into your head, it is
worth being written.
And if you don’t know what you want, start by noticing the things in your life
you don’t want anymore. For each thing you DON’T want, you know you DO
want the opposite. This is a fine place to start.
Dreams change, so be sure to revisit this exercise whenever you feel you need a
life refresh.

Now that you’ve written down your dreams, notice the one that has the most energy. Not
the one that “makes the most sense”, but the one that makes your heart sing.
We all have a small self holding us back from our dreams. The small self convinces us of
reasons we cannot or should not pursue our dreams.
What thoughts & beliefs have kept you from pursuing your dreams?

want. Ask your Higher Self for empowering thoughts that will replace those of the small

Choosing Your Key Wants
Look over your wants, and choose 1-5 that you’ll focus on for the time being. Your heart
will help you choose what’s best to focus on. Use the following steps for greater clarity.
On the Next Page, These Desires Will Be Referred to as RESULTS.
1 Close your eyes and relax without any agenda for a few minutes
When you feel fully relaxed and empty of thoughts, take ten deep
2 breaths, then open your eyes
Tune in to your body’s sensations. Become aware and notice from the
3 subtle to overt sensations (tension, lightness, tingling etc)
4 Read over your list of wants and ideas.
As you read, quickly imagine each thing as if you’re experiencing it
5 right now. Put yourself in each want as if it’s real
As you read and imagine, quickly draw a star next to anything that cre-
6 ates a surge of positive and expansive sensations in your body.
If your sensations are subtle, that’s OK. Still go with those wants that
7 illicit the strongest and highest energies.
8 Avoid thinking. Don’t think through “what I should do”. Go by feelings
and body sensations only.
Bonus tip: Avoid choosing “safe” wants, and “low hanging fruit” wants. You might
be tempted to choose wants you know would be easy and reasonable, but don’t excite
you at all. Avoid luke warm wants. Go all in on the wants that make your heart race
a little (or a lot)
Dreams to Make Real within 12 Months
Pick 1-5 wants from the previous list that make your heart sing,
that you want to focus on for the next 12 months. Choose with your heart, not your head.

cook dinner, it gets cooked. When you decide to speak, you speak.
You make decisions all day long. When you start making decisions about the things that
truly matter to you, magic happens.

There is an unstoppable energy that supports you when you DECIDE. Think about a time
you decided to take a trip you’d always wanted to take. When you finally DECIDED, you
started taking action, things fell into place, and your dream became a reality.
Look at all your desired results, and DECIDE that you are committed to them. Let go of
fear, uncertainty, doubt, and hesitation.
You are worthy of any result you want. You will achieve your results when you

Take The First Step
Don’t be paralyzed by overthinking your first steps. The best first step you can take is
literally any step at all. You will only ever get to know the next best step once you start
taking little steps. Take ANY ACTION, no matter what it is.
Start Acting As If
Act as if it’s already come to pass. How would you dress, talk, feel and act if it was
already a reality? Who would you be talking to? What types of habits would you have.
For example, if you want a new career, start dressing and acting the way you’d dress
and act if you already had it.
Take Preparatory Action
Take actions that will prepare you for receiving this dream. If, for instance, you want
to move, buy some moving boxes and start getting rid of clutter. If you want a new life
partner, start looking up date night ideas, and clear out a drawer for them to keep their
things when they stay over. Read up on handling finance if you want to earn more
money. Etc.
Take Inspired Creative Action
Creative actions are actions you take that create change. Creative action is picking up
the ball of life and tossing it to the universe, which will then toss you an even better
ball back. Back and forth it goes until your dreams are real.
If you don’t take action, you’re not giving the universe anything to toss back to you.
Inspired action is the action that you’re in-spired (in spirit) to take. You will always
get your next best steps from your Higher Self. The more action you take, the more
momentum you build.
