record and broadcast the reading of the verdict in this case. 0n September 23, 2022, the Court
entered a MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER PROHIBITING VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHIC
COVERAGE removing visual coverage Of court proceedings in this casemincluding this jury trial.
As an alternative to rescinding the order, and upon consideration that much of the rationale for
removing visual coverage is absolved upon the conclusion of the presentation of evidence and
closing arguments in this case, the Court will broadcast—through its official You’l‘ube Channel—
using the Court’s own media devices, visual and audio coverage of the verdict stage of the case.
