INTRODUCTION:
We are newly established set up in UAE. We deal in a Luxury Vehicle services across UAE. Currently we are in a initial
stage but we have our head office in Russia.
We have two company’s licenses under our name as follows:
• Mega Top Luxury Vehicles Services LLC.
Mainly deals in Luxury Motor ride service provider like uber. We planning to run limousine cars in first phase.
Later we will expand our services as per the market needs.
• Mega Top Auto General Repairing LLC.
For this company we have a license with all the auto repair workshop permits.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
So, we are looking for a software which will connect all the departments to each other and make the work process easy.
For this we briefly mentioned the basic workflow for both the companies as follows:

Driver Receives a call from the business partner (YANGO)
Dispatcher will control and coordinate with drivers if they need any help.
Driver picks up the customer from the given location and confirm the ride starts.
Driver drops the customer to the desire location, complete the ride and close the ride on
system and collect the payment through card or cash.

6. Statements of accounts for Suppliers & Customers
7. Financial Reports like, trial balance, balance sheet, profit & loss Statements, cash flow statement, VAT Report,
Corporate Tax report, etc.
