Example: “Green” branding of businesses has gone too far and no longer carries the same sort of impact it once did.
Today, so many people are concerned with the environment that many businesses try to represent themselves as being
“green.” They want to have a reputation for being environmentally conscious.
STUDENT’S LOGIC: Provides learners with an opportunity to reflect and think about how they actually solve
problems and how a particular set of problem solving strategies is appropriate for achieving their goal. What is to be
accomplished/learned?
Example: In support of the Supermarket “Green” initiatives, I bring my own shopping bags for grocery shopping and
say no to plastic bags.

I learned in our prayer that the blessings that we received was given by our Lord.
My action today is to act friendly to others
In our lessons for today, I have learned about:
1. what are the values & economic adavantage in the transfer core compenties: - developing core
competencies enables organizations to gain competitive advantage with the express benefit of increasing sales
and profits
2. Explain the power and market rlated diversification strategy : - related diversification occurs when the
company adds to or expands it’s existing line of production or markets.
3. How can we attract foreign investments ad develop our industries and generate the neccesary.: - in order to
attract the “FDI” countries act through one or more levers A) policies aimed at ensuring access to foreign
markets. B) policies aimed improving access to imoprted inputs. C) provides commercial facilities D) xport
performance requirements E) Use Incentives.
4. what are the advantage of exporting? - you could significantly expand your markets leaving you
Dependent on any single one.
5. why should small organization develop simple oraganizational structure? - it enables a Business owner to
have rights control over her company’s operation
6. Why should organization develop simple organization change it’s structure as they increase in operation
of corporate? Raise capital , improve cash fow or profitability of your business improve working practices and
processes.
7. What is Geographic Distribution? The natural arrangement of appointment of the various forms of
animalsor plants in the different regions or localities of the Earth.
8. What is the multi divisional structure? One parent , organization owns subsidieris that use the same
nameor brand
9. Any Geographical region where a company conducts business that is outside the territorial boundaries of
company’s home country
10. What is Vertical Diversification? Known as Vertical Intergration . In this growth strategy a company
expands its business in the forward or backward direction.
I will memorize the above learning points, explain them in my own words, and apply them in our activities.
