PREPOSITIONS

Preposition of Place: A preposition of place indicates where something or someone is


located. When placed before the noun or pronoun, they help us be specific about where a
certain object or person is in relation to that noun.

AT: (Refer to diagram 1)


• She’s waiting at the door
• He’s sitting on his chair at his desk

• We slept in the car
• I watch TV in the living-room
