1.1. Type of Partnership

Bol-Bol is a company developed in partnership between Adhwa Nafisah Binti


Samsul Zamri, Dayang Nursyazwina Binti Sahabuddin, Miera Hamizah, Nurizzati
Syamimi Binti Zaihan they all together bear their respective responsibilities that have
been set. For example, Adhwa Nafisah Binti Samsul Zamri as marketing for two
years. while Dayang Nursyazwina Binti Sahabuddin is responsible as Operations
and has 4 years of experience. next, Miera Hamizah as sales & support for 3 years,
finally, Nurizzati Syamimi Binti Zaihan as Product development and has experience
in this field for 2 years.

Bol-Bol is a food company immediately which is now the celebration of all. Bol-Bol
has also made six different flavors to satisfy our customers. Among the flavors that
Bol-Bol company has are fish balls, shrimp balls, meat balls, chicken balls, crab
balls and squid balls. we also hope that Bol-Bol company can further expand this
company internationally.

Besides Adhwa, Dayang, Mira and Syamimi each of them will have a team :

Mission statement for our first company is saves time. because with simple
steps this meat ball is ready to be served and eaten. the second is to reduce
cost because it saves energy and time for a person go out to buy food
compared to our food is just easy and saves time. the third is to avoid going
out into crowded public places. for now going out to a place that has a lot of
people is very avoided so with the presence of balls they no longer need to
go out to a public place to buy food. lastly, producing homemade products in
the market in this way we can ensure the quality of our products is always
maintained and guaranteed.

Our target in the success of this company is to further expand this product to the
international level.

3. Product of Service Description


3.1. Description of product
Bol-Bol offers various versions of how to eat our meat balls such as eating with
noodles, eating fried, and eating with sauces created especially for meat balls. we
chose this product because it makes it easier for people to eat so there is no more
reason we always hear to skip meals because we don’t have time to buy food.

Product that we offer are:

 Fish Balls.
 Shrimp Balls.
 Meatballs.
 Chicken Balls.
 Crab Balls.
 Squid Balls.

3.2. Uniqueness of product/service :

 Bol-Bol is one hundred percent self-made including the selection of


materials used to produce it.

 Bol-Bol used self-heating pack to make it easier to eat.

 Bol-Bol will be vacuumed to ensure it can last a long time.

 We have ensured that the manufacture of Bol-Bol is done by passing


various screenings to ensure the quality of Bol-Bol is not affected.

4. Market Analysis
4.1. Target Market/Customer

 Travelling people
Bol-Bol are very simple and lightweight to carry anywhere and easy to cook.

 Office workers
When busy working, workers can cook Bol-Bol anytime because it is easy to
cook.

 College Students

To students who do not have enough time and money just to buy Bol-Bol is
already able to solve their problems.

Bol-Bol is easy to cook anywhere and anytime.
