The document provides instructions for enabling two-step verification or two-factor authentication for an I-Service account using the Google Authenticator app. It explains that the app generates a unique code that must be entered when logging in to provide an extra layer of security beyond just a username and password. The steps to enable it include downloading the app, logging into the I-Service account, scanning a QR code or manually entering a code to link the account, and then entering a code from the app each time the account is accessed. How to start the Google Authenticator

service
i-SERWIS provides the option of enabling two-step verification when logging in.

Google Authenticator - What is it?

It is an application that enables two-step verification. Its purpose is to provide additional protection against
unauthorised third-party log-ins. When attempting to log in, a code generated by the app must be entered
to access the portal where it is enabled. This code is unique for each user.

In I-Service, Google Authenticator is enabled per account. Each user should have a unique account to
access I-Servis.

Benefits of using Google Authenticator at I-Service

1. First and foremost, the security of the account. If it has two-step verification enabled, it is protected
against unauthorised use of the account by third parties, because in order to break in, not only the
login and password, but also the account holder's mobile phone must be obtained.
2. No need to confirm a newly created shipping address by e-mail
3. Changing the account password requires confirmation with a code from Google Authenticator

1. Download and install the Google Authenticator app (on your device/phone)
2. Start the application
