SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN RESOLUTION No. 6 series of 2021

A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE CHECKING/CURRENT ACCOUNT OF SANGGUNIANG


KABATAAN GABIHAN – CASE TO CASE GOV’T INTEREST BEARING - WITH THE
PHILIPPINE VETERANS BANK – BALIUAG BRANCH WITH BANKING CURRENT
ACCOUNT NO 0053-012987-001; LIKEWISE, AUTHORIZING Hon. ANGELICA DC.
LOGRESO, NEW SK CHAIRPERSON, AND ANAMARIE REYES, NEW SK TREASURER TO
BE THE NEW SIGNATORIES OF SK BARANGAY GABIHAN, SAN ILDEFONSO, BULACAN
AS MAY BE REQUIRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE CLOSURE OF THE SAID ACCOUNT.

RESOLVED THAT the Banking Current Account No. 0053-012987-001 with Name SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN GABIHAN be closed and the amount, if any, lying in the said account be returned to the
SK Gabihan by way of issuance of Bankers’ Cheque or transfer to other Current Account of the
Sangguniang Kabataan;

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolves, to close the checking/current account of Sangguniang Kabataan


Gabihan – case to case gov’t interest bearing - with the Philippine Veterans Bank – Baliuag branch with
banking current account no. 0053-012987-001;

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT, Hon. Angelica DC. Logreso, New SK Chairperson, and Anamarie
Reyes, New SK Treasurer is hereby authorized to do all such acts, deeds, and things and to sign all such
documents as may be required in connection with the closure of the said Account;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Barangay Chairperson, the SK
Federation, Local Youth Development Officer, and to the Department of the Interior and Local
Government (DILG) Officer, this Municipality, and to the concerned Branches of the Bank for necessary
action at their end.
