Pre Filter
Technical Specifications:
- Frame: Cassette type/ Flange type
- Operating Temp.: Up to 100⁰ C
- Operating Humidity: 100% RH
- Face Velocity: 2.5 m/s
- Filtration Rating: Up to 90% down to 10 µm
- Initial Pressure Drop : 2.5 mm WC at rated flow
- Final Pressure Drop: 7.5 mm WC
- Testing: As per BS 2831/EN 779
- Construction: Aluminium, G.I. or S.S
Media:
• HDPE or non-woven symthetic media stitched with one layer of G.I. and crimped to required depth to provide larger filtration area
• Crimps separated by aluminium or S.S. spacers for uniform distribution of flow
• All these filters are washable and cleanable with very high service life
Fine Filter

- Frame: Cassette type/ Flange type

HEPA filter has a minimum particle collection efficiency of 99.97% for particles 0.3 microns in diameter.

ULPA (Ultra Low Penetration Aerosol)
ULPA filter has an efficiency of 99.999% for particles 0.12 micron or larger size at the specified media velocity. The most
penetrating particle size is the particle diameter when penetration through the media is highest.
SULPA (Super ULPA)
At an efficiency of 99.9999% these filters are based on the same standard as the ULPA filters.
Ultimate ULPA
