Part (a)

Choose an organization of your choice and come up with following:

1. Introduction:
a). Provide a brief overview of chosen organization.
b). Highlight the importance of effective management for that organization.

Part (b)
2. Planning:
a). Analyze planning process of chosen organization.
b). Explore the ways that organization sets its short-term and long-term
goals.
c). Evaluate techniques/ strategies chosen organization uses to stay up-to-
date with market trends and consumer demands.

3. Organizing:
a). Examine organizational structure of the chosen organization.
b). Discuss the ways that chosen organization uses to organize its resources,
teams and departments.
c). Explore the ways chosen organization fosters a collaborative and
innovative work environment.

4. Leading:
a). Investigate organization’s leadership style and the individuals in key
roles.
b). Discuss the ways leadership at chosen organization motivates and inspire
employees.
c). Evaluate chosen organization’s approach to leadership development.
5. Controlling:
a). Analyze chosen organization’s mechanism for controlling and evaluating
performance.
b). Explore the ways that chosen organization monitors and adjusts its
strategies in response to challenges.
c). Discuss Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and feedback systems of
that chosen organization.

➢ Conclusion:
i). Reflect the ways chosen organization’s management practices contribute
to its success.
ii). Provide recommendations for potential improvement of that chosen
organization.

Part (c)

❖ You will make a power point presentation on the basis of your report and
submit its hard copy.
❖ A presentation will be conducted in last weeks of your semester.
EVALUATION CRITERIA & INSTRUCTIONS

✓ The final project should include a written report and presentation that
summarizes your findings.
✓ Your report must include “Table of Contents”.

✓ This will be a group project and each member will be evaluated individually.

✓ You are required to take print outs of your report and power point
presentation as well and then submit it on given deadline.

✓ Deadline of the project & power point presentation: 18th Dec, 23 (Monday)
for Sec-1A and 19th Dec, 23 (Tuesday) for Sec-1B.

✓ No report and power point presentation will be submitted after deadline.

➢ Evaluation Criteria:

Your project will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Clarity and completeness of student’s entire management project.


• Appropriateness and accuracy about chosen organization details.
• Communication skills, facial expressions and formal dressing.
• Professionalism of your written report and presentation.
• Marks will be marked on print outs of your report and power point
presentation.
