2.That the applicant is complainant in the above
noted case namely Parveen s/o Sh. Ramphal Sharma
r/o Shiv Colony, Sonepat.
3.That the applicant submits that FIR No. 406
dt.04.07.2015 has been registered with P.S.
City, Sonepat regarding the theft of the vehicle
bearing No. HR-10P-1756 (Motorcycle).
4.That the vehicle has not been recovered yet so
the police has filed this untraced report on
dt.17.02.2016 before this Hon’ble Court and the
applicant is facing problem before insurance
company regarding the claim.
It is, therefore, prayed that the one copy
of this Untrace report may kindly be given to
the applicant in the interest of justice.
