SAP Certification Process

Rizing encourages employees to gain certification in areas relevant to their professional roles in order to
supplement their experience and knowledge.

As SAP is the core to all lines of business at the organization, employees have the opportunity to apply
for a Certification Hub Subscription in order to obtain the required credentials.
What is SAP Certification Hub?
SAP Certification Hub is an online platform provided by SAP that offers various certification exams for
individuals looking to validate their skills and knowledge in SAP Software and Technologies.
• A subscription to SAP Certification exam, six attempts provides you a 12-months access to
Certification Hub, where you can schedule up to a maximum of six exam bookings over your
subscription period.
• Your subscription is valid for all available exams in the Certification Hub. You also can take each
exam up to a maximum of three times.
• SAP Certification exams are remotely proctored via a webcam on your PC or laptop and you can
schedule your exam 24/7 via Certification Hub.
• Successful examinees receive an SAP Certification digital badge for their accomplishment.
Process to gain a certification Hub License?

Step 1: Employee must obtain approval from their manager. A Rizing S-ID is required and must be
provided. If the employee does not have a Rizing S-ID, they must request one prior to filling out and
submitting the Certification Hub request form.
Step 2: Access the Rizing Certification Hub Subscription Service Request form at the link below:

The form must be filled out correctly with the requested information.
Step 3: Rizing L&D team reviews the Certification Hub service request and confirms all required
information has been provided. Rizing purchases the Certification Hub subscription on behalf of the
employee.

Step 4: Employee will receive a confirmation email from SAP when the subscription has been activated.
*Subscription will be paid by Rizing and approval will be granted at the discretion of the Department
Manager and IT. In certain cases, the leadership of the organization will be involved in the granting of
these licenses.
*For non-SAP certification exams, this will have to be approved by the Leadership of the Line of Business
where the employee belongs to – after approval from Department Manger is received. Employee is not
required to raise a support ticket in this instance, but will have to email his/her manager with the
requirement.

*This benefit is available to all permanent employees.


*As there is a quota on the number of SAP Certification Hub Subscriptions issued for the year, please note
that subscriptions will be issued on an availability basis
