Detailed Lesson Plan in Mathematics III

I. Objectives

a) Content Standard: To understand the concept of ascending and descending orders.


b) Performance Standard: Demonstrate the ability to arrange in ascending or descending order
c) Learning Competencies: Students will be accurately order any set of numbers in both ascending
and descending order.

II. Subject Matter


a. Topic: Ascending and Descending Order
b. Materials: Writing board, PowerPoint presentation, marker, music, laptop, pictures, activity
sheets
c. Reference text: Mathematics III. Fun with Numbers Chapter 2 IISC Alumni
d. Values integration: Obedience, Creativity and Collaboration
