Gout ( Bone and joint pain, Swelling of joints and great toe, attack of pain suddenly and at night)

• Give uric acid test (Normal range 3.5 to 7.2 mg/dL)


• Tab Febuxostat 20 or 40 OD*30 days till normal range returns
• Have lots of water with it.

For Children ( 5-10 Kg) ( According to weight increase the dose )

• Syp Co-Amoxyclav 228.5mg /5ml 4ml TDS*5 days = Chronic Fever


• Syp Salbutamol 2mg/5ml 4ml BD*5days = Cough
• Syp Paracetamol 125mg/5ml 4ml BDPC*3 days and SOS = Fever
• Syp Cetrizine 5mg/5ml 4ml ODHS*5 days = Runny nose
• Syp Ondem 2mg/5ml 4ml BD*3 days = Vomiting
• Syp Metrogyl 100mg/5ml 4ml TDS*5days = Loose Motions
