system.
Business Process
Our business process involves several critical stages, each of which contributes to the
production of our superior coco peat and coco chips sheets and covers:
1. Raw Material Procurement
We procure raw materials, including coco peat and coco chips, which undergo
rigorous quality checks. If the raw materials do not meet our stringent quality
standards, they are promptly returned to the supplier.
2. Raw Material Cleaning
Upon procurement, the raw materials are meticulously cleaned to remove finesse and
fibers. It's essential to note that cleaned materials are not stored but immediately sent
to the production process.
3. Sheet Production
Our production process relies on three machines, each with different speeds. The rate
of peat to chips varies according to the specific requirements of our sheet buyers.
4. Quality Control
Our quality control process involves checking moisture levels and monitoring wastage
at the beginning of the production process. We conduct a moisture level check at the
start, and any deviation exceeding 22% results in the immediate rejection of the sheets.
Simultaneously, we closely monitor wastage levels, including finesse and fiber, during
the initial phase to minimize material loss and maintain production efficiency.
5. Sheet Storage
Our produced sheets are carefully stacked onto pallets, with the number of sheets per
pallet determined by factors such as sheet size and height.
6. Pallet Transport
For efficient logistics, we use containers with varying capacities to transport our
products, as container sizes can vary. However, we ensure that each container is
optimally loaded, taking into account the specific container size and the number of
pallets it can accommodate. This approach allows us to maximize transportation
efficiency and minimize costs.
