The program coordinator will be responsible for the
1. Development and dissemination of scheme of studies and course outlines.
2. Development and dissemination of timetable.
3. Development and dissemination of course allocation.
4. To coordinate with teachers and session in-charge.
5. To conduct seminars and workshops for the professional development of teachers
and students.
SOPs for Session In-charges
Program BS Ed.
The standard Operating procedures for session in-charge of different semesters of BS Ed are
as follows:
o To conduct and coordinate the whole admission process including the admission desk, data
entry in MIS lab, final list generation, final list submission, and further process for university
card registration card and library card).
o To conduct the relevant classes of session smoothly.
o To disseminate academic calendar to the teachers and students.
o Maintaining all the record of the session including (timetable of each semester, course
outlines, course packs at the end of semester, results, date sheets etc.
o To grant one day leave to the students in case of any critical situation and maintain the record.
o To coordinate with the faculty members of other departments regarding dissemination of
information of the timetable, resolving their overlapping issues in timetable, paper setting and
examination activities.
o For the smooth conduct of examination (mid & final) including the development of date sheet,
printing and copying question papers, availability of answer books, assigning duties to
relevant teachers, collect attendance sheet, resolving issues of online entry of final
examination, submission of final results, resolving further queries of students and teachers).
Collection of collective result of whole session and submit it to the department.
o For the conduct of convocation including the duties of registration of students, for the
rehearsal of the program, receiving degrees of the students, awarding degree to the students
on the day of convocation.
o Coordination with the examination department for resolving the students (of the session)
results and other issues.
o Arrangements of classrooms and other facilities like computer and practical labs.
