1. What is the purpose of Payroll Mobile App?
Ans: Allsec Payroll Mobile App is intended to provide Accenture employees with payroll related
information on the move as in the digital world, mobile device quickly has become the easiest
portal into your digital self.
2. What are the steps to register Mobile App?
Ans: Below are the steps to register for Allsec Payroll mobile App:
Login to Allsec website.
Click the link “Allsec Mobile Apps” which is available in-Home page under Important Links
You need to enter the 10-digit mobile number and then click “Register”. The message with the mobile
number will be displayed, post that click “OK” in order to register for app.
Confirmation of your registration along with User ID will be displayed. This user ID will be shared with you
via SMS on your registered mobile number and on your Email id as updated by you in Allsec under Master
setup page.
If you click on “Allsec Mobile Apps” link, you will always find your User ID, can edit your mobile number and
can deactivate the same.
Download Payroll Mobile App from Intune Company Portal where you need to go through
multiple steps for installation and configuration.
Enter user ID in the App, it will direct you to Accenture SSO page where you need to provide your Accenture
enterprise ID & password to login. Make sure you have latest Android & I Phone mobile version in your
mobile.
3. How to download the mobile app?
Ans: Below are the steps to be followed: -
Once you complete all the steps in you will find search icon in your right bottom, you can search “Allsec”
over there and you will find the below.
i) “Payroll India-Allsec”
Please install “Payroll India-Allsec”
When you login to Mobile APP first time, you need to agree for the Accenture Data privacy
statement and Terms of conditions.
4. What are the things that can be viewed in the Mobile App?
Ans: You can view the below listed options in the mobile app: -
• Pay slip for last 6 Months
• Tax Computation sheet of current month
• Reimbursement slip – View only
• Compensation slip – View only
5. In case of any issues regarding Payroll Mobile App, whom should employee reach out to?
Ans: Employee needs to raise a request through Support.Accenture -> Human Resources & Payroll -
> Payroll -> Ask Payroll > Payroll Mobile App which which will be resolved in 48hrs.
