Fennekin – Crochet pattern

MATERIALS
2.5mm crochet hook
Scissors
Yellow and white wool – fine (2) – 125m/50g
Super glue
Safety eyes or Amigurumi eyes (4mm and 2mm for the nose)
Wool Needle
Red Fairy-Tale wool
Red and white felt
Polyester fibrefill
BASICS
1. Work all in continuous rounds.
2. Work tightly so that stuffing does not show through stitches.
3. Start stuffing before you finished the piece. Afterwards it is really tricky and difficult.
4. Don´t cut the yarn to short! You will need it for sewing the pieces together.
5. Sew pieces together cleanly, so that nobody can see the stitches and knots.

Sew up the head but don´t cut the yarn. You will
need it when you sew up the nose.

MAKE THE NOSE

Round 1: 6 sc in MR (6) White color


R 2: 6 sc (8)
R 3: Sc and inc – 3 times (9)

Sew on the nose at the 7th Round.


Before doing the last 3 stitches of the nose, fill with stuffing.
After you’ve sewed up the nose, stitch through the head to
the bottom where your head- thread has been. Knot threads of head and nose together.

through the head together – 3 times hidden knot

GLUE ON THE EYES

Place the 4mm Amigurumi eyes between the


7 th and 8 th round and leave 5 sc distance
apart.

For the nose: Place single 2mm Amigurumi

CROCHET THE EARS – MAKE 2

Use yellow yarn


Round 1: 4 sc in MR (4) R 9: 14 sc (14)
R 2: sc and inc - 2 times (6) Fo
R 3: inc 6 times (12)
R 4: 12 sc (12)
R 5: 12 sc (12)
R 6: 12 sc (12)
R 7: inc – 5 sc – inc – 5 sc (14)
R 8: 14 sc (14)

1) sew up the base together 2) stitch through the ear 3) stitch throught the ear on the
to the top left side

4) return to the right side. 5) when you have the finished ear
Repeat step 3 and 4 twice. shape return to the base
Don’t sew too tight!
Tip: Press ear gently together during your stitching to form the cusps of the ear.

MAKE THE BODY

Use yellow yarn

Cut a circle out of felt and cut out peaks. Glue it on the tip of the tail
ATTACH THE TAIL TO THE BODY

Sew together between the last and 10th row

MAKE THE HAIRS IN THE EARS

Use dark orange fairy-tale wool Glue it into the ear and divide it into three
parts

Twirl it together And cut it down to size


Tip: You can put some liquid glue on a glove and twirl it to keep the form.
ATTACH THE DETAILS ON THE HIND LEGS

Sew onto body at the 10th row

SEW ON THE WHISKERS

Attach where the white color starts.
