365 Days to Play and Dream Bigger

Setting goals and going after your dreams and passions can be scary. Some
times, thoughts about what we didn’t achieve can get in the way. Push through
those thoughts and feelings and do it anyway.

Create goals that feel so big that they scare you - like climbing a mountain -
you aren’t sure how you going to make it all the way to the top but you know
that when you do, it’s the most beautiful view and feeling.

During your brainstorm notice thoughts and feelings but continue stretching
and rebel through the fear.

Consider:

● What’s important to YOU not what you SHOULD do or what someone

else wants you to do.

● Plan for 90 days at a time if 365 days feels too overwhelming.

In this next section you are going to do a life assessment. It will help you
recognize where things are going well and don’t necessarily need changing and
areas that could use some attention.

Don’t judge yourself in this process. It’s easy to do and beating ourselves up
for things that are out of order is a habit that may have been adopted in your
journey. Be aware when this happens. Journal it out if you need to and then
recognize that it is what it is but that you are in control of what you want to
change and that you can make the decision to do so.

Life assessment
In each category, write what you like to achieve, who you need to become, what
you want to have and do. This is the brainstorming process, so don’t filter your
thoughts and spend 3-5 minutes on each category. When you’re done go back and
number them by level of importance.

Let’s look at the roles you have in your life. Write down all the roles (labels) you
have in your everyday experience.

For each role, write how you want it to be starting with I AM… for example I AM a
successful writer or I AM a loving partner.

Write down 5 action ideas that will help you be this!
