Our valuation has been prepared in accordance with the RICS Valuation– Global Standards
(2022) [ “The Red Book”] published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
This report is subject too, and should be read in conjunction with, the attached General
Terms of Business and Supplemental Terms of Business for Appointment of Valuers, copies
of which are inat Appendix 1. This report, togethers with the Appendices and Annexes must
be read together.
The value stated in this report represents our objective opinion in accordance with the
definition set out below as at the date of valuation.
Market Value:
the estimated amount for which an asset or liability should exchange on the valuation date,
between a willing buyer and a willing seller, in an arm’s length transaction after proper
marketing, where both parties had each acted knowlegably, prudently and without
compulsion.
Market Rent:
the estimated amount for which an interest in real property should be leased on the
