Magic Pens

Come to the front guys, (Call people over)

let me show you something amazing!
These are the incredible Magic Pens.
What is your name? (Write their name in Magic Pen)
or
(Write MAGIC! in Magic Pen)
Inside you get 25 awesome pens. (Spin page around)
This section right here, (Indicate on product)
this is your colour changing section.
This section is your erasable section. (Indicate on product)
And these are your magic pens. (Hold up a Magic Pen)
They are very important!
Colour Changers
We’re looking at our Colour Changing Pens first. (Start drawing three patches)
Here we have some yellow,
some brown and,
my favourite colour, blue. (Finish drawing three patches)
We take any one of our four magic pens
and watch what happens. (Write A, B, C in the patches)
The colour changes to the colour that is on the lid,
so you get two pens in one! (Point to the Two colours)
Erasable Pens
These are our erasable pens. (Start drawing blue patch)
These are perfect if you’ve ever made a mistake (Start drawing Snow Man)
on your homework, or ever coloured
outside of the lines because they will instantly
make the colour disappear. (Erase mistake)
They are also perfect for making those fun
snowy scenes on your Christmas cards. (Draw snow in background)
WOW

Now it gets really exciting when (Start drawing lines)

you combine the two types of pens.
So we will take one of our colour changing pens
and one of our erasable pens,
together with one of our magic pens
and watch what happens… (Start writing WOW)
the Lilac turns to Pink,
the Purple disappears and you get
this funky, cool writing.
3D Effect
It gets even better,
take any one of your erasable pens, (Show the Blue Erasable)
follow the lines and you get (Start writing over WOW)
this awesome 3D effect…
it’s great for school projects,
great for designing Birthday Cards
and amazing for creating Christmas Cards!

Who likes writing secret messages? (Connect with crowd)

Kids love writing secret messages.
You can use your magic pens to write secret messages
or draw secret pictures and when you are ready
to reveal it, simply use any of your other pens (Hold up Colour Changer)
and your secret message will appear just like magic! (Draw over secret message)

First thing parents always ask

is how long do they last… (Hold up an open pen)
they have no solvents, so they last several
times longer than regular pens.
They are perfect for artists but
they are designed with children in mind so,
they have shock proof tips. (Bash pen on page)
People always ask what happens if
they get on clothes or fabrics,
not a problem, they are washable,
and if you get them on your skin (Mark your arm/hand with
they wash off with soapy warm water or, Erasable Pen)
if you want to be really cool,
you can use your magic pens (Erase Pen from your arm/hand)
to make them disappear.

Tips and Tricks:

- Be sure not to look down at your page the whole time! You should be looking at the
customers you are demonstrating to, just as often as you are looking at the page, if
not more!

- Do not let customers touch your pens. Keep control of your stand and remember that
you are telling them how it works.

- Keep the lids securely on your pens at all time, this will make them last much longer
and will keep the colours nice and bright!

- Start your day with fresh paper, insure you have a good stack ready and prepared, so
you do not need to leave your stand or waist time between demonstrations.

- Keep your demonstration stand clean and tidy. Parents are looking for a clean and
mess free product, if your stand is a mess, they will be put off the product before the
demonstration has even started. Get rid of any pen marks that may be on the
countertop, keep the pens in a container, keep paper neat and tidy.
