‘MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING.
‘This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter called “MOU") is made on this
{0 day of November, 2021 by and betwoen Infosys Limited, a corporation

business at Electrons Gity, Hosur Road, Bangalore 560 100, India having

“infosys?) and (1) Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra,
Mumbai having is primary place of work at SManapatixa Marg, Opp Metro
Ciroma, Dhobi Talao Mumbai 400001 (hereinafter “DTE") and (2) Directorate
ofligher Education, Maharashira , Pune having ts pelmary place of work at
Cental Bung, 9, Bd Modical Rd, Agarkor Nagar, Puno, Maharashra
‘:100%{herenafier"DHE"), OTE DHE and Infosys being refered to indhcually
as a"Pary" or collectively asthe ‘Partios”
Recitals
WHEREAS the DTER DHE seek to uilze the Infosys Springboard Platform
for teaming needs of all students of Polytechnics, Engineering colleges,
Phamacy Golioges , Ars, Science & Commerce Colleges of Maharashtra
Under DTE & DHE respectively (hereinafter referred to as "Services; towards
Ieproving employability of students by developing job-orenied skis. The
Platform provides access 10 over 8,900 coutses on programming, digital
Technologies, domain, svategy, project management, procoss and Wfe sls,
developed by Infosys and many other partners: and WHEREAS Infosys is a global leaden consulting, technology, and outsourcing
solutions and has agreed to provide ther proprietary Springboard Platform for
the Serica.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual agroomants and
covenants herealte st forth, the Pari hereto agree as folowe:
1. BROAD SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES.
‘Tho objective of this MOU isto establish a writen document forming a basis
Under wich the Parties may enter info agreements to perform Services as
dotaled in Schedule A,B, C, D & E ofthe MoU.
2. CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION
Each Patty acknowledges and agrees that any and all information emanating
from the other Pary’s activly, In any form, including but not limited to
Information relating to the disclosing pary’s past, present, or future research,
