expected solution to this assignment has three parts:
1.Vision statement (Final Vision / Goal of the Product) - We need a vision statement that explains the end goal of
the Product. Your vision statement should not only outline the end goal of the product but also detail how we will
address all the customer pain points mentioned in the problem statement. It needs to specify the actions we will
take to solve all the problems mentioned in the assignment. When customers read the vision statement, they
should clearly understand how exactly we are solving their Key problems and what they will receive upon product
delivery. It should also include the percentage by which we will improve or reduce customer pain points and the
timeframe for product delivery. Please think about and research how AI can solve all these customer pain points
and define vision statement accordingly.
2.Wow Factors/Features - Wow factors/features that you suggest for the product should not be more than 3 and
they should be out of the box features for the customers (Nurses, Hospital staff & Inventory Managers). When
they use our product they should say wow by looking at Wow features.
3.Deak Breakers - These are bare minimum / must have features of the product that you will suggest to your client.
Without which the customer will not buy/use your product.These deal breakers needs to align with your vision
statement and able to solve the problems listed above. Deal breakers and Wow Factors are shouldn’t be the
same.
