What do your sleep habits say about your personality?
be go like not be stay
(A/An/The) ‘early bird’ is someone who wakes up early. ‘Night owls’ stay up late. My sister goes
to bed at 1 a.m. every night, so she is definitely a night owl. It’s (always/never/seldom) hard for her to
get up for school. I am not a night owl at all! I (usually/seldom/never) go to bed at 10 p.m. So, how
different are these types of people? Look at (a/an/the) descriptions below to see what they say about
them .
Early birds are friendly. They can talk to others easily. Early birds (seldom/sometimes/often) stay up
late unless there is a special event. Early birds are hard workers and they arrive on time when they have
(a/an/the) meeting.

things. Night owls are (sometimes/seldom/never) shy and are not very talkative. They (always/often/never)
want to get up when (a/an/the) alarm clock rings!

However, two famous psychology professors say that it’s possible to change. They published
(a/an/the) new study. It shows that personality can change through hard word or after bit life events.
Maybe I can be different in (a/an/the) future. On the other hand, my dad wants me to stay the same. He
