Work Done in Showroom

 General Bike Service Check-list:

• Air Filter Cleaning

• Chain Lubrication
• Engine Oil Checking/Replacement
• Spark Plug Cleaning

• Mirror Adjustment
• Brake Drum Cleaning & Adjustment
• Carburetor Cleaning

 Driven Gears:

The gear that is rotated by the driving gear amongst a

pair of gears that engage each other is called the driven
gear. In the case of a pair of external gears, the direction
of rotation of the driving gear and the driven gear is
opposite.

 Spark Plug Cleaning:

The spark
plug is only
lightly soiled,
you can try
cleaning it with
sandpaper. You can
start by removing
any debris on the
outside of the spark
plug. Next, use
220-grit
sandpaper to gently
sand away buildup -
use a light touch, as
you don't want to
damage the metal.

Machinery Used

 Brake Drum Cleaning & Adjustment

Cleaning and adjusting the brakes will help eliminate brake noise
and maintain a firm brake pedal. The brakes are self-adjusting and if
the mechanism was serviced correctly and working properly, in my
opinion there is very little need to have this service.

CONCLUSION

After undergoing my training at “ Sangram Honda” for a

brief period of Six months I can make out similarity between

what goes around in an industry and what we learnt during our

academics. During training we learnt about the practical

implementation of all the theory that we learnt during our

academics.

Thanks to the training which had given me a great

exposure about the industry and its functioning. The training had

given me the practical knowledge of the various machine and its

operations. This training also made me aware of the environment

present in the typical mechanical based industry. Thus, helping

me in my future career. With all these positive points at my

disposal I conclude that my training at “Sangram Honda” is a

lifetime experiencef.
