MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION OF PRAKASH CABLES PRIVATE LIMITED
(INCORPORATED UNDER THE COMPANIES ACT, 2013)
I.The name of the Company is Prakash Cables Private Limited
II. The Registered Office of the Company will be situated in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
The objects for which the Company is established are:
(A) THE MAIN OBJECTS TO BE PURSUED ON INCORPORATION OF THE COMPANY:
OBJECT CLAUSE
1. To carry on the business of manufacturing, producing, processing, assembling, designing,
developing, fabricating, importing, exporting, buying, selling, trading, and dealing in all types of
electricity wires, cables, and poles, including but not limited to insulated wires, power cables,
conductors, transmission lines, electric poles, utility poles, and any other equipment or components
related to the transmission and distribution of electricity.
2. To design, manufacture, test, assemble, erect, commission, repair, buy, sell, import, export, hire,
exchange alter or improve or otherwise deal in all kinds of engineering goods such as high, medium
and low-tension power transmission line polygonal poles, AAC/ACSR/GI conductors, lighting poles-
decorative , conical, octagonal or stepped type , fixed platform type High Mast Lighting system with
lantern carriage , head frames , lowering and raising winches , base hinge lowering and raising masts,
and its manually and electrically operated and hydraulically powered counterbalances, mobile lighting
masts with diesel genset.
3. To establish, set up, and maintain manufacturing plants, workshops, factories, and other facilities
necessary for the production and assembly of electricity wires, cables, and poles.
4. To engage in research and development activities aimed at improving the quality, efficiency, and
performance of electricity wires, cables, and poles, and to apply for, purchase, or otherwise acquire
any patents, trademarks, licenses, concessions, and the like that may be advantageous for the
company.
5. To undertake and execute contracts for the supply, installation, and maintenance of electricity wires,
cables, and poles, both within and outside India, and to provide related services such as consultancy,
supervision, and technical assistance.
6. To acquire, purchase, lease, or otherwise obtain any land, buildings, machinery, equipment, and
other assets required for the company’s manufacturing and production activities.
7. To collaborate, enter into partnerships, joint ventures, or other arrangements with any individuals,
firms, companies, or entities for the purpose of carrying out the company’s business objectives.
8. To import, export, buy, sell, trade, and deal in raw materials, components, and other inputs required
for the manufacturing of electricity wires, cables, and poles.
9. To carry on any other business or activity that is incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above
objects or any of them.
