About our Client
Our client’s company is a fintech company specialising in digital payments; they provide
domestic and cross-border corporate payment solutions for B2B and B2C segments.
They also operate XNAP, a cross-border C2B QR payment network. Headquartered in
Singapore, their company is a Non-Bank Financial Institution participant of Singapore’s
PayNow and FAST network.
They operate the LiquidPay e-money app for consumers, and provide acquiring services that
enable merchants to offer enhanced digital payment experiences to users.
Our client’s company is regulated as a Major Payment Institution by the Monetary Authority
of Singapore.
Responsibilities
Communicate with external clients / partners on a regular basis regarding progress,
challenges, timelines, and end results of client projects
Develop technical implementation strategies derived from product/project requirements
Direct and oversee local and offshore developers
Present technical strategies to stakeholders and gather technical requirements as needed
Create and update design and functional documents
Perform code review sessions with other developers and suggest improvements or
alternative approaches when appropriate.
Research technical issues and provide recommendations
Work both independently and as part of a team to create reliable and high performing
software components
Assist project managers and directors with the creation of task-level project plans that detail
the specific tasks required to deliver a solution
Provide high-level estimations of new requirements for planning purposes

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
8+ years hands-on experience in software design and development, database design and
development, and system integration
Hands-on experience building microservices or/and SOA
Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically. NET CORE, C#
Good Experience building Restful APIs and API Gateway
Good understanding of Software Design Patterns and CI/CD
Hands-on experience with Containers such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS
Hands-on Experience with AWS Services such as Lambda, Dynamo DB, RDS, API Gateway
Experience developing software using a formal and structured development methodology
Iterative approach to development, using short development cycles and frequent builds
Object Oriented Programming / Object Oriented Design (OOP/OOD)
Ability to develop secure solutions and knowledge of industry best practices regarding
information security and payment solution.
