today for further proceeding before this Hon’ble court.
2. That the new Ld. Counsel filling the fresh Vakalatnama today on
behalf of the respondents before this Hon’ble court.
3. That the above noted matter was filed in 2017 and the present Ld.
Counsel has taken up this matter today.
4. That the present Ld. Counsel wants to inspect the case file
thoroughly to represent the case in the next date of hearing and be
able to justify with the case.
5. That the Ld. Counsel is seeking indulgence of this case to allow this
Inspection Application.
6. That the present Application has been made bonafide and in the
interest of justice.
