About Our Company
Welcome to Mindsparc!
We are a team of passionate individuals, founded by alumni of Lovely
Professional University and experienced business professionals from the
same educational platform.
We are committed to transforming the traditional learning experience and
making education accessible to everyone, regardless of their location or
socioeconomic background. Our innovative platform combines cutting-edge
technology with expert instructions, enabling learners to develop the
knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed in their chosen
fields. So, this is the main reason, we created a platform between students
to working professionals to see their real phases.
VISION
This Centre has been established with an aim:
➢ To help each student define career objectives and identify employment
opportunities based on their interests, skills and other preferences.
➢ To provide resources, support, and opportunities to students to helpthem
grow in their professional life.
➢ To organize programs and events that allow students to acquireknowledge
about various practice areas, develop professional skills, and build their
professional networks.
➢ To provide extensive industrial training to students in collaboration with an
esteemed organization in the country.
➢ The Centre focuses on helping the students to evaluate their goals,
explore possibilities, and navigate their job searches by offering one-on-
one counseling, resources and programs on career paths.
OBJECTIVES
The career workshop is working towards achieving the following
objectives:
➢ To help students and guide them when it comes in decision making on
choosing their career path.
➢ To provide information about career opportunities within and beyond
academia, as well as guidance in the processes of self-assessment, career
exploration and job search.
➢ To use comprehensive and scientific career counselling systems which have
led to groundbreaking results and success stories.
➢ We have pledged to upskill the students from STEM backgrounds by
giving them an opportunity to gain industrial training/internships with
us.
The Centre is highly committed towards the idea of collaboration with
relevant and reputed governmental and semi-governmental institutions and
other organizations which are committed to offering the career
development opportunities in various fields of Technical & Non-
Technical Backgrounds. We have Collaborated with AICTE with the
mission to provide best in the country guidance to students.
INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP RESOURCE
We will provide the certificate to the students who joins the workshop
on google meet.
The participants who attend the workshop will be given Free of cost
