6. Construction water, electricity, staff accommodation and all other materials should
supply free of cost
7. All machinery’s like hydra and crane responsibility is by client until work completed.
8. Mobilization of Team and material within 7-10 days after getting the confirmed Work
order.
9. GST Applicable Extra as per GOI.
10. TDS @ 2% as per 194 JA
