G. SUGGESTIONS TO STRENGTHEN BRIGADA ESKWELA PROJECT
Here are the suggestions to strengthen Brigada Eskwela Project:
1. Community involvement: we must encourage a greater participation from local community members, organizations and or alumnus to
contribute resources, time and expertise to improve school facilities and support educational initiatives.
2. Volunteer Recruitment: We must actively recruit volunteers from the community, including the parents and or local professionals to assist
with maintenance, repairs, and beautification of the school.
3. Resource Mobilization: we must seek partnerships with local government agencies, non-governmental organization to secure additional
funding, materials and equipment for school improvement.
4. Skills Training: We must also organize workshops and training sessions for volunteers, focusing on basic construction skills, paintings,
landscaping, and other relevant areas to enhance their capacity to contribute effectively.
5. Sustainable Initiatives: We can integrate sustainability principles into the project by promoting environmentally friendly practices, such as
waste reduction, energy efficiency, and the use eco-friendly materials.
