KEY RESULT : Provide creative ideas to create store design concept, translate concepts into visual representations, produce the design
deliverables, and perform site survey to capture the details in project requirements

Conduct site survey of the potential stores location
By conducting site / location survey according to potential stores list as well as capturing and providing the necessary
comprehensive data & details to support decision making
1 By performing location survey include fulfilling technical survey form, area measurement, technical MEP checking, electrical 30%
checking, pipeline, signage, etc
By taking detail photos, videos and related data of the potential new stores and the environments around for next process
to create the design concept
Create store design concept and drafting
By providing design concepts and ideas for various store projects aligned with company requirements and project objectives
2 By creating visual drawing / design such as sketches, renderings, and digital mock-ups to illustrate design concepts and 30%
solutions
By assisting in the development of detailed design plans, including layout drawings, floor plans, material requirements, and
other design documentation
Review and ensure the design implementation
By reviewing design documents and deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards and
specifications

By monitoring the project progress and execution to ensure the alignment with the designed plans
By controlling and delivering the final design, survey result and requirements for related team to meet the project
objectives according to the company’s procedures
Maintain project coordination and collaboration with related parties
By assisting in design presentations, design reviews and effectively communicating design concepts and progress
4 By working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to integrate design elements and ensure project 10%
