My School’s Vision, Mission and Core Values

1. Write the Vision-Mission of your school. Encircle the words that are important to you.

Vision

- Transform individuals into responsible citizens capable of meeting the challenges of the
modern times

Mission

- To prepare students to become useful citizens: God-fearing, value-oriented, and


disciplined individuals who are universally competitive professionals, engaged in the
noble task of uplifting the quality of life in the community.
2. Enumerate the Core values of your school. Opposite of each value, how will you
demonstrate these core values? Give two specific actions.

Excellence

- CDM is committed to nurturing excellent professionals.

Consistently submit high-quality work by conducting thorough research and attention to


detail.

Continuously seek personal improvement through additional learning, attending


workshops, or practicing skills.

Respect

- CDM is committed to cultivating a community with high respect.

Show consideration to others by listening attentively when they speak, valuing their
input.

Uphold an inclusive environment by treating everyone fairly, regardless of differences.


Accountability

- CDM is committed to building a community of responsible and reproductive citizens.

Take responsibility for your tasks and meet deadlines without needing constant
supervision.

Acknowledge and correct mistakes openly while learning from them for future

In this module, I learned that my school's vision, mission, and core values help guide
students to become responsible and productive citizens. The vision shows the school’s
long-term goals, the mission explains its purpose, and the core values guide how
everyone in the school should act. These principles encourage students like me to aim
for excellence, show respect, and take responsibility in everything we do.
What I appreciate in this module is/are:

What I appreciate in this module is how it shows the connection between the school’s
vision, mission, and core values with my course. It helps me see how my education is
preparing me to be a responsible citizen and contribute to the country. The module is
clear and easy to understand, making it relevant to my future.
