ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT 1. Had prepared and submitted syllabus. 2. Conducted classes, checked attendance and performance of students at regular time. 3. Had consultation sessions and assistance with students during the allotted consultation period. 4. Had conduct computer literacy in extension services. 5. Had checked, troubleshoot, reformat & repair computers in the CET Computer Laboratory. 6. Had prepared inventory in CET Computer Laboratory as in-charge. 7. Had conduct Computer Hardware Servicing Skills Training. 8. Had troubleshoot TEI Laptop. 9. Configure Network in CET Laboratory. 10. Troubleshoot and reformat Laptop in the Science Laboratory. 11. Installed router at TEI Office. 12. Actively participated the Technology week, University launching in Tandag & Cantilan.

SURIGAO DEL SUR STATE UNIVERSITY Cantilan Campus Cantilan, Surigao del Sur Narrative Report There are twenty nine (29) computers in the Laboratory, 29 flat screen (LCD) monitors. Here are the following conditions of the IIT Computer Laboratory. 1. There are twenty five (25) functional computers out of twenty nine (29). 2. Four (4) computers are not functional. 3. There are one (1) functional printer out of two (2) 4. One printer should replaced black and tri color cartridge. 5. Two (2) air conditioners are functional. 6. Two (2) Switch Hub, one (1) 24 port, one (1) 4 port and two (2) router, one (1) 4 port wireless router, one (1) 4 port wired router. 7. Four (4) computers lack these following hardware: a) Memory card DDR & DDR2 b) Hard disk SATA & PATA 8. Computer Laboratory should be provided with one (1) multimedia projector for educational purposes if possible. 9. Computer Laboratory should be provided with Installers such as: a) Operating System b) MS Office Suite c) Corel Draw d) AutoCAD e) Net Support School f) Caf timer g) Deepfreeze h) Adobe Reader i) Adobe flash player
